We take our customers' credit card security very seriously. It is important that you understand, that if you place an order through our web site, the card processing is handled by EKMPAY. They will send us the details of your order, and subsequently transfer your money into our bank account, but they do not pass your full card details to us.
If you order by telephone, using your card, we will process the transaction, and then immediately shred your card information. We keep no records of our customers' card details.
General information, such as names and addresses, is retained purely to enable us to deal with your order. We will never contact you by any means, unless it is to deal with customer service issues concerning an order you have already placed with us.
